SOS: Should I-485 go to NSC or TSC???

Brothers and sisters,

I live in California. My I-485 was mailed to TSC because the lawyer said my I-140 was processed there (transferred from NSC). However i just checked USCIS official site, my I-485 should go to NSC no matter it is before or after 7/30/2007. Is it a big problem?
Does any Californian have the same situation? Did you get receipt?
Very appreciate any reply/comments.
