to July 485 filer

On your 140 approval notice shows; Acopy of this noticeshould be submitted with the application, with appropriate fee, to this service center.

That means which center you got 140 approved , you should file 485 to where, so if you filed in July and haven't got receipt, youe case must be transfered to other center.
So don't worry
