no info in DOS for J1

Hi, Friends:
Chinese ambassy mailed my no ojection letter to DOS at the end of Sept. When I check the status of my case, DOS website always show the follow information:

Currently, there is no information regarding the status of your case. If you would like additional information, please call Public Inquiries at 202-663-1225

I got my case number in the early of 2002. It starts with 92***. Some friends have same experience, please help me. Many many thanks.
