Does this mean My 140 filed on Apr 2007 OK?
- Since it was returned in April when you filed it, I think your I-140 was accepted, which does not guarantee its approval though.

Pjiang: I am panic now. You are right, USCIS accepted my corrected 140 application and I have the receipt notice. You mean I might still have the 180 days issue even though the regulation is after July 16?

If my 140 is denied, my 485 based on it would be denied too. If so, will I be out of status even I have H1B?

Cannot understand why this kind things happen to me. It is unfair!!
