co-ask Pjiang, about H1 the 7th year extension

Hi, I read you blog, But I still need you confirm for me. If my h1's 6th year will expire on April 2008,
and I co-filed 140/485 on this July, Is that mean I can not get my 7th year's extension unless I-140 is approved? Thanks !
