我女儿在美国出生, 现在5岁.有asthma 和语言发育迟缓,她加入speech therapy-- IEP (individual education program, communication),有两年多了, speech therapy 还要继续进行下去. 所以想以 exceptional hardship to us citizen 的理由申请j1豁免. 请帮忙分析这个case强吗?
