如果我的EB1a 140批了，我可不可以只为我老婆孩子递485而我不递。情况是这样的：
my NIW 140 is pending in NSC,and i submitted my 485 but not including my wife and kid for some reason. Given possible retrogression of EB2 so that my wife and kid probably don't have chance to submit their 485, i plan to submit a EB1a 140, if is approved, i can submit 485 for my wife and kid since EB1 may be current. but i don't want to submit a second 485 ($1010). is that feasible? if my NIW 140 is denied, can i ask to transfer my submitted 485 (NIW based) to my EB1a if approved? I highly appreciate your help and your contribution in this forum.
