AP got approved in 3 days? wow

Mailed my 485 with my 131 AP on 6/30/2007
Just got receipt number for both 485 and AP on Saturday 8/24/2007 from California office.
Just got another email today 8/27/2007 told me my AP was approved
Is this normal? I thought it takes 3 month to get AP approved, isn't it?
