明年一月就要停职(NON-PROFIT 的单位),现在还未找到新工作.请问:

1,我的情况最晚什么时候必需有一份新工作?

2,明年一月后H1B TRANSFER不好,我还可以在U.S.A.呆吗?
- You can't get a quota starting from next Oct until next Apr, unless you're not subject to cap.
You're legal to stay as long as your I-485 is pending
