- Your H-1 visa will not be denied due to immigration intention, since H-1 itself allows holder "dual intention". Your co-worker's statement is not true. The only problem is that the consulate may not want to process your H-1 visa application for jurisdiction reason , or it may incur delay because of background checking when consulate accepts your application.

我的想法:就去欧洲用H1B反签回美国的签证.万一被拒绝,可否立刻让我LG帮我在美国申请AP然后邮寄到欧洲,让我回美国.
- Not practical. It would be much easier to fly back China and you're guaranteed to get an H-1 visa.
