关于I-864填表问题。急等，谢谢！！

正在准备经济担保表I864(based on I130), 其中最后一项Concluding Provision栏在签名后面says the sponsor needs to sign the form infront of some kind of notary public officials.有哪位大侠知道这是什么意思？是一定需要找公证吗？ 真是急死了。
