1)我们可以去告他吗?去哪里可以告他？　small claim court 可以吗？
- May also try your state Bar Association.

2)我们可能不付剩下的一半费用并且追回已付的3千美金吗?
- I would terminate it on his non professional service while it would not be easy to get back what you already paid. Anyway you need a 2nd look at your agreement.

3)我们需要在RFE中更正这些错误吗?
- Yes, I would do it in cover letter.
