Nothing to do with the Canadian officers.

The cruise is form New York, round trip, stop at two Canada ports and come back. They denied us when we boarding the ship at New York today. They told me that because we didn't have valid USA visa stamp, we couldn't take the ship, although we had valid I-94 and passport.
