Advice: Maple Card VS US Green Card

CASE:

I-140 and I-485 were concurrently filed before July 30 under EB2 NIW, no receipts have been received yet. To secure the status in the States and better job opportunity, a Maple card seems necessary.

QUESTIONS:
1. Maple Card application conflits with US Green Card process in this case? Yes or No?
2. If NO, how long will it usually take to get a Maple Card? Any good suggestions in this process?
