Need advise!! 令人煩惱的 Name Check 問題..

Went to INFOPASS today, was told that my FBI Name Check is pending since 2/10/2005. (2.5 years!! since my 1st 485 filing.)

While my current (2nd) 485 was filed on 10/2006. (10 months ago)

What should I do next? I appricate all of your comments.


BACKGROUND

485 filed on 2/2005, my wife was the primary applicant.

My withdrew her 140 in 8/2005, due to unable to respond to RFE (her company was out of business at that time)

both our 485 were rejected in 9/2005, due to "withdrawal of 140".


2nd 485 was filed in 10/2006, this time, I am the primary applicant, using the same A# assigned for the 2005 case.

my 140 was approved in 12/2006.

485 pending as of today.
