求XBT, Pjiang!哭求帮助！公司是不是欺负人？H1B帮助！

老板有A 和B两个 公司，我的H1b 是A公司的，要转到B公司去。我问律师助理说的作H1 transfer. 然后他们打电话，和律师通话，叫上我，放SPEAKER。律师说2，3个月再transfer 也没问题。
我怎么觉得不是这样的？
