485补充材料

天终于收到了485补充材料的信! 有几点不是很清楚, 希望有经验的XDJM指点一二．　大把献花:
1.Ａphotocopy of Household or Village Registry reflecting your entry.
是户口本吗？
2. A photocopy of the booklet issued by the province's health department reflecting your name, gender, date of birth and both parents' names.
是出生证明吧．FILE485的时候也递了在国内做的出生公证，难道还需要原件的ＣＯＰＹ．
3. A photocopy of the Household or Village Registry reflecting the entry of marriage
这是什么ＤＤ？
4. A photocopy of the bolklet issued by the appropriate city office of the Civil Administration Ministry of the PRC that lists the name of the married parrties, the date of marriage, the registration number, the date of issue, and which contains the proper marriage certificates management stamp.
好象是结婚证．已经FILE 了在国内做的结婚公证，还需要原件的ＣＯＰＹ吗？
