Help: Questions on change of address

My daughter, 485 pending, is going to attend college this fall. I have questions about the change of address.

1. Will she need to report USCIS about change of address?
2. If so, which form will she need to fill in, AR 11 or AR 11 SR? What is the difference between AR-11 and AR -11 SR?
3. Does she also need to call USCIS in person?
4. Our case has been transferred to local service center; do you think she should send the letter about the change to the local center, too?

Any comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!
