和NSC representative 通电话讨论 NC

我2006年9月同时递交 140 和 485 （EB1)，11月作了FP, 2007年7月140 批准。但 485 没有任何的 LUD. 今天给 NSC 通电话，这位representative 很耐心，告诉我 background/security checking is still in process, 但却不能提供更多的信息 。请教各位高人，我的情况正常吗？ NC 是不是出了问题？
