Actually, 245i has no effect on this. Your case is the I-140 filed based on the location of corporate headquarters, and be aware, not all types of jobs can qualify (or survive) this at the time of interview. Unless your job is like consultant or something reasonable to affiliate more with the headquarters, otherwise you should consult with your company lawyer for a strategy.
