急问！！！I 485 name check clear or not

I140 filed at September 2005 and approved at OCT 2005, EB2, NIW. 我在7/13/07打电话给CIS问我的I485 case status.由于他们当天的系统有问题， 我的电话被转到customer service.一个“officer"告诉我pending on name check,她还告诉我由于她已经告诉我结果，CIS将不会给我正式函告。

However,我今天收到CIS函告关于我7/13/07的问询。“your case is currently awaiting assignment to an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 days of the date of this letter"

我的case一直没有update.

能有好心人告诉我这是什么意思。name check cleared or not.万分感谢！！！
