J1trainee好还是H2b好？

我现在是J2，持EAD在工作，到年底就到期了，我想让我现在的公司sponsor我明年继续工作，以后我还想在美国读个硕士，请问我让公司sponsor我H2b好还是J1的trainee on job 好呢？对以后我转成F1或者J1学生有什么不同的影响？谢谢
