How long shall I wait for the approval of H1B using Premium Proc

Hi All,

Does anyone know how long I shall wait for the approval of my H1B application using the premium processing? To my knowledge, it is up to 15 business days after the filing. Am I right? My new employer asked me to set up the earliest date that I could start.
