Don't have return envelope to reply 485 RFE. Does it matter?

I just got a 485 RFE for TB skin test. Other people mentioned there should be a return envelope to send new documents back to USCIS, but my attorney says there are not.

My question is, could i just use the address on the RFE to reply? Anyone has similar experience or any suggestions?
