请教小白兔及各位有经验人士-RFE after EB485 interview

I had my EB485 interview today. Everything is fine except lack of a tran from language school. The officer asked me to submit certification & tran from the language school. Will I be ok after I submit RFE? Or further investigation will be taken? Or the office will just deny my case based on his suspicion that I did not attend the school? I have tran to show I did attend the school, but I don't have certification to show that I finished the program. Should I be ok or else? BTW, I attended this language school when my OPT almost expired. My lawyer said the officer might question why I went to a language school after I got a degree already. Pls advise. Tks.
