I-20没有了，应该多久离开美国

老公才在美国读硕士8个月，犯了一个大错，昨天被withdraw,今天就被通知I-20作废了。新的学校还没有录取， 不知道怎么办？
是不是24小时内，必须离开美国，实在不可能怎么办？我们有才5个月的小孩。
不知道上没上对地方，请高手指点。
