It was hand delivered via a Courier?

I want to confirm that she has sent my application to USCIS and the USCIS has received it today........

Finally, My lawyer sent an email to me:
"It was hand delivered via a Courier."

What does she mean?

Does this mean USCIS has accepted my appicatipn or the lawyer just gave the mail to Fedex office? Confused......
