Xiao Bai Tu, Radiology, Pjia, and other experts help please!

My EAD was just approved this Tuesday (08/14) after three months in NSC, but my AP was not approved. The situations are like this:
On August 14, I got LUD for both EAD and AP, and the status of EAD shows Card Production Ordered , and no status change for AP.
On August 15, I got new LUD for both EAD and AP, but the statuses are the same (Card Production Ordered for EAD, and no status change for AP).
On August 17, I got new LUD for EAD, and the status become: Approval Notice Sent for EAD.

Is it normal that my AP is not approved yet? Is it possible for USCIS to make some mistake that they are supposed to approve my AP, but they approved my EAD for double times? What should I do now? It is already a little more than 3 months. Thanks a lot for your help!
