not sure about yellow card.
They were asked for the VISA extension approval for their last visit and I dig it out from my cabinet and faxed it back. So I think for those who want to extend their parents' stay, it is ok to get VISA next time. At least for my parents' application case.
Can I ask you where did u book tickets for how much? Thanks
