Probably the card was lost for some reasons

Last year I received other's green card at my home address. It turned out to be one lady's card in Florida (I put the notice in this forum, then the card's owner got the card from me). This may happen to you.

Call USCIS to see if they send the card. By the way, the card come in envelope other than USCIS's official envelope. One friend told me he almost threw it away as junk mail.
