Theoretically, you are not eligible for OPT anymore. Because OPT is an extension of F-1 Visa. After filing 485, you have shown your intension to immigrate, which prevent you from getting any visa or visa extention without immigration intension, such as F-1, F-2, OPT...

Try to get EAD with your 485 application.
