I received an email from USCIS this morning: my 485 was approved. Unbelievable! it just takes 4 months. I have been experienced a very hard time. My first application on 9/27/2005 was rejected after RFE: 7 more letters, 11 more papers, and 80 more citations. When I saw the rejection notice on Feb 2, I was in panic, because my H1b would expire 04/07/2007. I got a lots of help from XiaoBaitu and others from this forum. Finally I decided to refiling and searched a good lawyer. After carefully judged by my personally feeling during communications with different lawyers, I selected Jean D Chen's Law Office to package my case. Lawyer Justin Fok worked closely with me. He was very responsible, when I call or email, he replied and explained patiently/promptly. Finally, he submitted my EB1B application to TSC at the end of March via premium processing. 4 days late, my I140 was approved.
