Thanks very much for your reply. My lawyer said it should be ok and won't get rejected. But she can not 100% guarantee it won't be rejected due to the emotion of the immigration officer. This means my 485 could be emotionally rejected. What a jerk! I just called the USCIS. A lady gave me two options, either my application will be return to me or I will be asked more document for the attorney's signature. This is useless and she said she is not a immigration officer so that she couldn't give me accurate answer. So far, I got all positive feedback from my lawyer, Pjiang, Radiology, you and a Beijing guy. Looks like my case should be fine and I am not going to refile the 485 agaid. Thanks again.
