still some progress, some friends with 4-year NC pending

got approved recently. It seems they processed the backlog very slow. keeping send letters to first lady, congressmen, senators, WOM etc. Similar things happened in 2004 VSC and 2003 TSC, when the backlog and complains finally attract some attention, they will be solved very quick.
