Photocopy is not photo. It is just the copy of those stuff.
What did you give them before regarding your birth certificate? I sent them my notarized and certified birth certificate (or something like that) which I got from a notarization organization in Beijing. I haven't received any response from USCIS yet. Which center and when did you file it? It is something like a HU KOU BEN but you have to translate it, notarize it, certify it somehow ...
