recent RIR?

My company agreed to sponsor my GC. RIR is the best way in current situation? According to the law firm’s memo, the process is so intimidating. It seems need a lot interviews, ads to satisfy SWA and DOL? Since I pay for myself, I don’t want to waste money. Any suggestion?
