Hi Thanks. Originally I came to USA with a J1 visa from Europe with a Chinese Passport. After two years I moved to Canada and became a Canadian. Now I am back to USA and plan to file I-485. So J1 wiver is a big issue since my Chinese passport is expired. I don't know whether Chinese embassy will accept my case. Thanks for your any suggestion in advance
