Can I go to TJ to renew my F1?

Hi, I am an F1 and I want to go back to China in winter. When I applied to US, I was refused 5 times, since I came here, I transfered school and changed my major, after finishing one master program, I am pursuing another master degree. I didn't apply OPT after finishing the first master degree. I know that I am dangerous to go to TJ according to my abroad record. But I really miss my family. Could someone give me some idea that I can go to TJ or not? I really need some advice and some encouragement so that I can make a decision. I really aprreciate your help.
