Caaled TSC, got an email address for requesting name check statu

Called TSC yesterday, a very nice custom representative tole me my derivative's name check is clear but not mine. He gave me an email address "fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov" to check the status of the name check. Did anybody get any response from this email address?
