You have been well-quilified exceptional ability item with NIW petition. If you have enough evidences to estabilish your elegibility for high impact on National interest of US, why don't you try NIW petition? Please remeber that we all just obtain a GC, not compare who is more outstanding or exceptional. Based on your research area (biomedical lab), you should easily collect all the supporting materials to support your NIW case. In my oppinion, you can submit your RFE as you also submit another NIW case. BTW, how many years have you been USA? and have you also got lots of publications during your working here?
