请问485批准后多久收到卡？

等了两个月了，welcome notice 收到也一个多月了。上周打电话问了，说他们也不知道，也没看到退回的信，还说估计是Kentucky那里的quality control中心可能有耽误。请问有没有类似经验的大侠，我是不是该file I-90了，如果这周还没消息的话？
