that "Has maintained and intends to resume nonimmigrant status;", we don't have a h1 visa but retain a valible H1 nonimmigrant status(797 form), i guess this mean ""Has maintained the nonimmigrant status".
看了连接，可能再回美边境应该问题不大。但是，我最关心的是到底出境对于pending的485有没有负面影响啊？
