我以f2进入美国，---〉F1-->opt

1.对于工作经历的问题，我需要填写f1做ta,ra的情况吗？
原问题是“Have you, or any other person included in this applicaiton, been employed in the U.S. since last admitted or granted an extention or change of status”


2. 我先生是f1-->h1, 最近回国一次，2个h1b返签回来,可是2个h1b结束时间相差6个月，应该填哪个作为我的extended until____日期呢？

3.先生最近的h1b是从国内签出来的，那对于下面的问题是yes or no呢？
Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse?
USCIS Receipt#呢？
