Xiaobaitu and Pjiang help me out about reference question,

how can I reply their questions for I140 NIW reference:
1. submit evidence to establish that the self-petitioner seeks employment in an area of substantial intrinsic benefit;
2. submit evidence to establish that national interest would be adversely affected if the beneficiary were required to obtain labor certification.
