Xiaobaitu, I read the 131 instructions again. Page 1 says a H1 holder with 485 pending DOES NOT NEED to apply for AP. Page 3 says if a person departs from US before an AP is issued, the AP application will be deemed abandoned. It says nothing about 485 application will be terminated. Is my lawyer wrong? Thx!
