现在办加拿大旅游签证能当天取吗?我只是去旅游.
因为我在加拿大的领馆网页看到:

Countries For Which a Waiting Period May Apply

Application from citizens of the following countries may take at least 3 weeks (not including mailing time) for processing.
.....
China, Dem. Rep. Of
.......

那是中国吗?
