I think those stupid guys just two picky. Your case sounds strong. By the way, how about the journal rank that you publish your papers? If the journal impact factors are not high, that coulb be a reason the doult.
Anyway, try to provide some evidence as you can, you should be fine. You don't need to provide everything they request.
