Help: How to change FP time schedule?

We have received FP notice today. This is a good news. But, unfortunately, my son's schedule is on Aug. 18. He is in travelling out of country, and come back on Aug. 22. My wife's schedule is on Aug. 29. My question is, can they change the schedule? or I have to call CIS? Is it easy to change the FP schedule? How to do it?
