我现在在美国，将要回国工作。我是主申请人，现在我想把案子转到广州领事馆，是file一份I824，还是fileI824呢（未我老公也填一份）？怎么律师说可以file一份，也可以file两份呢？他说：You may choose to file one or two. Most of Attorneys prefer to file separately to make sure that no one will be left behind. 他说这两种情况他都做过。这是什么意思？谢谢
