今天，律师寄出140/485。在LIST上，律师写"minimum bachelors degree and one year experience"。但是，我的LABOR CERTIFIED 是"master degree without experience"。我的140也是EB2类。LIST上的不正确会影响我的GREEN CARD吗????? 谢谢

My all applications are based on LABOR CERTIFIED with master degree without experience.

But my lawyer copied old list. In the list for I-140 application, it said that "3. Certified Form ETA 9089 with minimum qualification ... a Bachelors Degree and one year experience".

Please give me advise... Thanks.
